JAA Scholars and Teachers Enjoy Grand Tour of Italy

Picture
Scholars and teachers from John Adams Academy joined a group of students, parents and teachers on a Grand Tour of Italy during the month of June, 2012.
A variety of regions in northern Italy were explored along with the delicious cuisine, amazing works of world-class art, fascinating historical sites and a wide array of sights and sounds (including a shop--photo on the left--in Sorrento, an area famous for growing lemons).

Cities on the tour included, Milan, Verona, Jesolo, Venice, Montecatini, Florence, Assisi, Sorrento, Capri, Pompeii and Rome, including a special night tour of Rome.

Plans are already underway for next year's tour of Greece!
