Cartouche

How can I "speak" my name like someone living 4,000 years ago?  Visual Arts curriculum for 6th grade scholars is designed to support companion Core Knowledge curriculum in other classes such as History and English.  Scholars studied ancient Egyptian use of math to create a sense of Harmony and Unity in a designs, particularly the Golden Section.  Scholars also reviewed how ancient Egyptians used math and hieroglyphics to write royal names on a unique design called a "cartouche."  Their "name" designs were transferred to metal.
